Do you have insurance?
Absolutely! We’re fully licensed and insured for demolition work. Our insurance covers both our crew and equipment and your property.
Do I need to be present during demolition?
You don’t have to be there, though you definitely can be! As long as we have clear instructions about what’s getting demolished and safe access to the work area, we can handle the job with or without you.

What happens to the materials after demolition?
We’re all about keeping reusable materials out of the dump and helping our community while we’re at it. Here’s our demolition cleanup process:
- Salvageable materials get a new life – good lumber, fixtures, hardware, etc. will be donated to local yards or donation centers
- Recyclables get processed properly
- Everything else goes to the landfill
Our team handles the sorting, cleanup, and disposal as part of our demolition service.
